Specification The diameters of the flap wheel
are from 10cm to 100cm(4" to 40"), their
thickness is from 1cm to 25cm(0.4" to 60");
The core can be different materials(like plastic
tube, aluminium tube, phenolphthalein tube etc.),
can also be different diamenter and shape; The hardness
can be different by change the pieces of hand pads
in each flap wheel; The color can also be different,
like Gray, Red, White, Green, Brown etc.; The grid
size is from 46# to 3000#. We can also put sand abrasive
paper/cloth at regular intervals, we can also meet client¡¯s
special requirements. |

The size of the core can be decided by our clients, and the core material will also be different, normally we use plastic bube or aluminium tube, if the diameter of the tube is ot just what you want, we can also use big hole tube, and prepare two flanges on each side with the same hole size as you need, but it will be more expensive.
The prices will also depend on the hand pads(rolls) we use, the prices will have big different by using different brands. Normally we use the pads produced by ourselves.
Normally our products' prices will not be effected by grit size and color. We can also produce different size convolute rollers(like 12"*60", 10"*42", 8"*24", etc), and can also different hole size, color, etc.
